Our club will be using the
District PR Grant to place an order with
Russell-Hampton.
Each member can choose an item and have the club subsidize $25 of the price.  There's lots of clothes to choose from, and any "outward facing" item with the club name/logo should qualify.  "Outward facing" refers to any item designed for the public to see.
Shirts, hats, license plate frames, etc., qualify.
Items for at-home or in-club use do not.
Email me (drmlbish1@aol.com) your item choice as we'll need to send everything in as one order, after district approval.

The following is an excerpt from a letter by District 5950 EPN Champion Tim Mulcrone:

"It occurred to me that this Rotary year is half over and I wanted to share a few thoughts.  For the pleasure of referring to ourselves as Rotarians, Rotary International asked two things of us.  One is that Every Rotarian Every Year contributes to The Rotary Foundation.  The other is that each Rotary Club contributes annually to PolioPlus from their fundraising efforts.  The Rotary Foundation giving results in hundreds of thousands of dollars at our disposal through District and International grant requests.  With regard to PolioPlus giving, we have gone from thousands of cases of Polio each year to FIVE new cases of wild Polio in the world last year!"
