Rotary Club of
Crystal Lake

Volume 1 | Issue 22

Welcome to another issue of our weekly bulletin!
We'll try to keep everyone up-to-date on our weekly meetings and all our Dawnbreaker activities.
we welcome
Capt Carol Lewis
of the Salvation Army
Lynn Criscione
lead massage therapist
at Strelcheck Chiropractic
And it's also
our auction wrap-up meeting!
...for real this time...
Come prepared to join the discussion
and to learn how much money we raised for our charities.
At our meeting last week we got to know
District Governor Nominee Designate
(he'll be Governor 2020-2021)
Lyle Staab
This year he is the
6440 Youth Service Advisor
and he filled us in on
Interact, Rotaract, RYLA and the exchange program.
Next week:
We will meet at
Country Inn and Suites
600 Tracy Trail
just off Pingree Road, north of 14
(near Culver's)
Do NOT show up at the
Holiday Inn
or be prepared to throw in a buck!
There's still time (but not much)
to register for the
District Conference
Take a minute (OK, three minutes) and check out the video:
This year is going to be "short on speeches, long on fun"!
They are offering various package deals
This is a very family-friendly event!
Afternoons are free to go to the waterpark, golf, boat, etc.

The Dawnbreakers who went last year had a great time

We're hoping to rent a bus this year!
If you're not helping with Habitat for Humanity in the morning April 28th
the district has now scheduled District Assembly for that day
8:30-12:30 at Harper College
There should be excellent information, especially for new officers.

Contact Jessica if you'd like to help with the
Scott Mueller Scholarship interviews
April 17-19
There are still openings.
Sign up and prepare to be inspired by today's youth!
Dave is planning to have a board meeting next week.
Stay tuned for day, time, and location!
