Rotarians and First Responders will be serving
spaghetti dinners at firehouses in
McHenry, Woodstock, Cary, and Lake in the Hills

As part of our ongoing efforts to use our money wisely
the Scholarship/Bylaw Committee will be
formally proposing changes to our bylaws.

January is Vocational Service Month!
Vocational service is the essence of Rotary and serves as the foundation from which we serve our communities around the world.
As leaders in their businesses and professions, Rotarian can advance high ethical standards by setting a positive example among colleagues and in their community.
Some specific ways to integrate ethics into your daily life include:
- Discuss and emphasize honesty, accountability, fairness, integrity, and respect when hiring, training, and supervising employees;
- Praise and encourage the exemplary behavior of colleagues;
- Demonstrate personal commitment to high ethical standards in relations with customers, vendors, and business associates;
- Promote socially and environmentally responsible practices in your businesses and organizations;
- Honor businesses or professionals who demonstrate high ethical standards;
- Mentor or teach young people about ethical solutions to challenging ethical situations.
