Last Week's Meeting

Last week Caitlin told us all about her year as our exchange student in Brazil. She highly recommends the program, as she made life-long friends and gained confidence through the experience that will help her with her goal of living abroad.
Ryan reported on the recent meeting of the Survey Evaluation Committee, with ideas for improving the visibility and branding of our club. Improvements were also discussed concerning the integration and education of our new members.
Dave said that he, Dean, and Matt (President, President-Elect, and Vice-President) met to discuss unified goals for the next few years. Dave will be giving quarterly progress reports to the club.
Kay S reported that the Charity Fund Board will be meeting soon and it will be announced to the club ahead of time so all interested members can attend.
Also, Kay S said Kaya says Happy New Year to the club!

Tomorrow is our official first club auction meeting of the year!
The board meeting with Governor Don Brewer will be the evening of January 30th. Every board member should be present at this meeting if at all possible.
Governor Don will be visiting us Wednesday January 31st.
