Dawnbreakers awarded Presidential Citation

On November 10 Past District Governor Bill Ferreira presented Dawnbreaker Past President Sue Dobbe with a District 6440 Presidential Citation for Dawnbreaker accomplishments during the 2009-2010 Rotary Year.
