The newest Dawnbreaker Members planned, prepared and presented a lovely fundraiser for End Polio Now on October 7, 2010, at the Crystal Lake Country Club with a Wine, Tequila, Scotch and Beer "Tasting" and more!

Cardinal Liquors of Crystal Lake provided the Wine, Tequila, Scotch and Beer for the "tasting" and a great start for the evening.  A jazz trio provided music for the tasting that began the evening as well as the 3 course gourmet dinner with "paired" wines that followed.

After Dinner the Keynote speaker, John T. Osterland, General Manager of the Rotary Foundation and manager of Rotary's $200 Million Challenge to End Polio Now, informed guests of the Challenge to end polio and statistics of polio worldwide.

Dawnbreaker Cliff Jackson was the excellent MC of the evening and drawings for Door Prizes concluded the lovely event.

The Committee of the newest Dawnbreaker Members did a wonderful job of planning, obtaining sponsorships for the event, and selling tickets and raised over $5000 for the End Polio Now Challenge.
